Job description
The Department Head is responsible for increasing sales and maximizing profits in the department. The successful candidate will procure and market products for the department, optimizing the quality of products and services requested by customers. He or she will rally the team to provide exceptional customer service.
A good knowledge of the products and sales experience will allow the incumbent to meet customer needs. He or she is able to earn customer trust and loyalty.
Management experience would be a major asset. You focus on customer service, action and results, as well as constant improvement, problem-solving and developing positive interpersonal relations.
