Job description
The Department Head is responsible for increasing sales and maximizing profits in the department. The successful candidate will carry out operational and administrative tasks in the department, optimizing the quality of products and services requested by customers. He or she will rally the team to provide exceptional customer service.
You are skilled at carrying out the various operational tasks in the department in question. You focus on customer service, action and results, as well as constant improvement, problem-solving and developing positive interpersonal relations. You are dynamic and possess an innovative mind and good interpersonal skills.
